The second layer: what you can actually demonstrate. The questions are deliberately progressive — the beginning should feel easy, and you should eventually reach items you are genuinely unsure about. That is the design working, not you failing.

Grammar, vocabulary, reading and communicative competence are scored separately, and every wrong answer is traced to the specific structure behind it.

Before you begin

Choose the answer you believe is best. Please do not use a translator, a dictionary, an AI assistant, a textbook or another person — the result is only useful if it reflects what you can currently do unaided.

It is completely fine not to know an answer. The purpose is not a perfect score: it is to find out precisely where your control ends, so that the right thing gets taught next.

What it covers

  1. 01 Part 1 — A1 A1
  2. 02 Part 2 — A2 A2
  3. 03 Part 3 — B1 B1

A little about you

Only what is marked required is needed. Everything else simply makes the profile more useful, and you can leave it blank.

Used to address your profile. A first name is enough.

Optional. Only used to send you a copy of your profile.

Optional. Include it if your institution asked you to.

Optional. If your teacher gave you a code, enter it here.

You can stop at any point and pick up where you left off.

This is a diagnostic instrument, not an official certification. How your data is handled.
